Yes! You can begin with a free plan that includes basic support, limited tokens and limited features.

For how long can I use Turbotic AI for free?

You can use Turbotic AI for free as long as you want, but keep in mind that a few features won’t be available in the free version such as creating your own assistant, PDD and SDD creation, etc.

And only a limited number of tokens will be available. Those can be purchased in app, and you can easily upgrade your plan for the Pro version and enjoy all the features that Turbotic AI can offer.

Is there a demo version available before committing to a subscription?

While there isn’t a demo version, you can explore the free plan before deciding on a paid option.

No! The Enterprise plan allows for unlimited seats to accommodate larger teams.

Are there any hidden fees with Turbotic AI plans?

There are no hidden fees; all costs are clearly outlined when selecting a plan

Can I upgrade my plan later on?

Yes! You can easily upgrade your plan as your business needs change, or buy more tokens as needed.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription whenever you wish to.

What payment methods can I use at Turbotic to upgrade my plan and/or buy more tokens?

Turbotic AI offers a wide variety of payment methods through Stripe integration, enabling you to cater to clients worldwide for purchasing subscriptions. These include credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club, which are universally recognized and widely used. Turbotic AI also supports digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, and Click to Pay, providing seamless and secure payment options.

For bank-based transactions, Turbotic AI enables methods like ACH Debits for the US, SEPA Direct Debit for Europe, Bacs Direct Debit for the UK, BECS Direct Debit for Australia, and wire transfers in select regions. It also integrates with local payment methods to accommodate specific markets, such as iDEAL in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, Sofort and Giropay in Germany, Przelewy24 (P24) in Poland, Multibanco in Portugal, and Klarna for multiple European countries.

Additionally, Turbotic AI supports “Buy Now, Pay Later” options like Klarna and Afterpay/Clearpay, allowing customers to spread payments over time. What does the meeting agent feature in Turbotic AI do?

The meeting agent joins your meetings on Teams or Google Meet and records and synthesizes your meetings. It can be used for all types of internal and external meetings, just remember to ask your fellow meeting participants for agreement. It will take excellent minutes of meetings, and by connecting the meeting agent to a specific project, it will capture the essence of the meeting directly as input for your project. For the Generate PDD assistant, the meeting agent recording will be used to create a PDD (Process Design Document)

How can I use the meeting agent feature work in Turbotic AI?

Initiate the Meeting Agent:

These Assistants are specialized tools designed to handle different aspects of automation orchestration, making complex processes simpler and more efficient, creating business cases with AI, Sentiment Analysis, Investment case analysis, and more.

Are there predefined AI-assistants available in Turbotic AI?

Yes! Users have access to various predefined assistants tailored for different use cases within the platform.

What is the predefined AI-assistants doing?

The predefined assistants support the user and automate tasks in various use cases relevant for businesses, for instance in evaluating automation opportunities, creating data strategies, or evaluating RFXs.

For what purposes can I use the Business Case for Automation & AI Assistant?

Use this assistant to create a compelling business case for your Automation and AI projects. It guides you through defining the problem, analyzing your current situation, proposing effective solutions, and evaluating potential benefits, costs, and risks. By leveraging this assistant, you ensure your project aligns with strategic goals, assesses feasibility, and includes a solid implementation plan. How can I use the Business Case for Automation & AI Assistant?

Before you start, please upload any relevant documents that will support your chosen template. The type of documents can vary depending on your specific needs, so feel free to include anything that you believe will help get things started.

For that, choose your assistant on the home page, and follow the steps suggested by the Assistant.

For what purpose can I use the RPA Discovery Assistant?

You can use the RPA Discovery Assistant to effectively identify and evaluate business processes suitable for automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). It provides a structured approach to gather essential information about your processes, assess their complexity, and understand potential business value. By leveraging this assistant, you can prioritize automation opportunities based on feasibility and impact, ensuring efficient resource allocation and successful RPA implementation.

Can I create custom assistants in my account?

Absolutely! Users can create their own assistants for their specific business needs within the platform.

How do I create custom assistants in my account?

Go to “Create new template”, name the assistants, provide a description. Thereafter you can customize your assistants by adding either predefined Components or Metrics to the assistant,or creating new Components/Metrics. You can also list the sections that you want to include in the Memo. You create each Component or Metric by creating a Name and Prompt for the Component/Metric. You can thereafter continuously improve your assistant by prompt engineering until it is ready to be used in production.

What are the components in the assistants?

The Data Component in the Turbotic AI Assistant is a central element that connects, analyzes, and visualizes data to optimize automation workflows. However, you can create your own components to meet specific needs. The platform allows for customization and flexibility, enabling users to:

What are Evaluation Metrics?

The evaluation metrics for the Turbotic AI Assistant include key performance indicators to measure automation success and ROI. These metrics cover Automation Success Rate, tracking the percentage of workflows completed without errors, and Error Rate with Resolution Time, measuring failures and time taken to fix them. It also evaluates Time Saved, highlighting work hours reduced through automation, and Cost Savings, quantifying financial benefits compared to manual processes. Can I create my own Evaluation Metrics?

This flexibility ensures you can adapt the evaluation process to both standardized and unique use cases, giving you full control over performance measurement and reporting.

How can I create a PDD/SDD?

To create a PDD/SDD using our AI Assistants, it is important to keep in mind that a Meeting recording made by the Meeting Agent is in place, so you can later on upload the content in the assistant to create a PDD. In this case, a first step is to have a meeting with your clients/stake holders and make sure all their necessary info and a proper process walkthrough is done in this meeting. The meeting agent will structure all the data and create a video that can be uploaded afterwards.

Next steps:

  • Choose the RPA Discovery assistant.
  • Double check if the data components and evaluation metrics available on the assistant attend your criteria. If not, you can edit those or simply continue the process by clicking on “continue with this selection”.
  • Select the option that suits you the most by replying “yes” or “no” to include external data sources.
  • Continue the process by selecting the option “Attach a file” to ensure all the information is there.
  • Choose the option “Select files from Turbotic”
  • A list of your past meetings will be shown, and you can choose the right one from there.
  • And finally press the button “Analyse the files” and your PDD will be created.
