With a strong entrepreneurial background, he has held leadership roles at Ericsson, including Director of Ericsson Group Data and Director of AI Innovation. In addition to his corporate experience, Theo serves as an Advisory Board Member for Handelsbanken Fonder's Global Digital initiative, where he focuses on emerging technologies and AI.
As a visionary leader, Theo also founded the renowned gaming company Paradox Interactive . In 2020, he established Turbotic with the mission of creating "self-driving companies," empowering organizations to scale through automation and AI-driven transformation.
