Theodore Bergqvist is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming companies in AI, gaming, digital platforms, and enterprise IT. Based in Stockholm, he is the CEO and Co-founder of Turbotic, one of Europe's most recognized AI companies, and serves as an advisor to leading firms including Evoke, LeoVegas, and Fortuna Entertainment, as well as an advisory board member to Handelsbanken Fonder.

Bergqvist has founded and exited five companies, among them Paradox Interactive and GamersGate, and has held senior executive roles at Ericsson, where he led the global AI and Data Strategy generating over $500M in efficiencies. He has also served on the board of Nasdaq-listed Catena Media, where he chaired the Tech Committee.
With deep expertise in AI, digital transformation, M&A, and global business strategy, Bergqvist is a recognized thought leader, frequently advising on the future of technology, performance marketing, and entrepreneurship.
