Theo Bergqvist

Chief Executive Officer

Theodore Bergqvist is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming companies in AI, gaming, digital platforms, and enterprise IT. Based in Stockholm, he is the CEO and Co-founder of Turbotic, one of Europe's most recognized AI companies, and serves as an advisor to leading firms including Evoke, LeoVegas, and Fortuna Entertainment, as well as an advisory board member to Handelsbanken Fonder.

Bergqvist has founded and exited five companies, among them Paradox Interactive and GamersGate, and has held senior executive roles at Ericsson, where he led the global AI and Data Strategy generating over $500M in efficiencies. He has also served on the board of Nasdaq-listed Catena Media, where he chaired the Tech Committee. With deep expertise in AI, digital transformation, M&A, and global business strategy, Bergqvist is a recognized thought leader, frequently advising on the future of technology, performance marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Annelie Blixt

Chief Marketing Officer

Annelie Blixt is the Chief Marketing Officer at Turbotic, where she drives the company's global go-to-market strategy and shapes its brand presence. She focuses on positioning Turbotic Automation AI as the future of accessible, conversational automation—making sure the company's vision connects with customers, partners, and the wider market.

Recently, Annelie was recognized as one of the Top 20 CMOs of the Year and invited to join the DMAT Digital Marketing & Technology Conference in Dubai December 2025—an acknowledgment of her influential leadership in modern marketing and technology. Before joining Turbotic, Annelie worked at Normative, where she first entered the magical SaaS-universe and developed a passion for scaling purpose-driven SaaS companies. With a background spanning marketing strategy, storytelling, and brand building, she brings both creativity and clarity to Turbotic's mission of enabling anyone to automate anything.

Goran Mladenovski

Chief Technology Officer

Goran Mladenovski is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Turbotic, where he defines the company's technology vision, fosters a culture of innovation, and oversees the development of scalable, market-leading solutions that anticipate and address the evolving needs of clients.

With over 15 years of experience, Goran leverages his deep technical expertise and proven leadership to guide globally distributed teams through complex challenges. His track record includes senior roles at TietoEVRY, Nordea, and Tele2, where he delivered transformative enterprise architectures and led key cloud initiatives. Certified in both TOGAF and Microsoft Azure, Goran combines strategic foresight with hands-on technical skill, making him a trusted resource for sustainable and growth-oriented technology strategies.

Nivedita Kapil

Head of Services

Nivedita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and joined Turbotic in 2021. Before joining the company, Nivedita worked as a Solutions Architect at UiPath for almost five years.

She is highly skilled in the area of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and has many years of experience working as an RPA consultant. She is also a certified Business Analyst and has helped many Turbotic clients on their automation journey.
