Theodore is the founder and CEO of Turbotic. He has a proven track record as a seasoned dealmaker and leader of global multifunctional teams, focusing on exponential technologies, business development, and deal-making.
He has founded and led several companies such as Paradox Interactive, Paradox Entertainment, Gamersgate, Nordic Native, and Intelligence. In addition, he has acted as the Head of Data & Analytics at the multinational networking and telecommunications company Ericsson.
Theodore holds a BA in Marketing & Strategic Planning from Stockholm University.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Alexander is responsible for expanding the company’s presence across the globe, developing and executing go-to-market strategies and revenue models, as well as building strategic and lasting partnerships. Alexander is a frequently requested speaker and thought leader in the Intelligent Automation space with 12 years of experience as a business transformation professional in executive management, strategy, advisory, entrepreneur, and intrapreneur roles across Telecom, Management Consulting, and SaaS businesses.
Prior to Turbotic, Alexander spent 5 years building up Ericsson’s Intelligent Automation & AI function, growing a team from scratch to 500 individuals in one of the world’s largest implementations of Intelligent Automation, a journey that several leading advisory firms have documented. Other roles at Ericsson include Director Digital Transformation and Program Director roles for enterprise-wide strategy execution programs. Prior to Ericsson, Alexander was a management consultant with EY, advising Fortune500s in business transformation programs.
Alexander holds an MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Linköping University of Technology.
As Chief Technology Officer, Goran, invariably keeps an eye on the latest tech trends to create and present the best possible product and technology vision and strategy to the organization. He is responsible for the technical strategy of the company, both building the technology as well as building and managing the team to maintain it, in close collaboration and dialogue with Turbotic customers and partners across the globe.
Goran has 18 years of experience in IT, having held many senior positions including lead architecture roles at Nordea Bank, TietoEvry and Tele2.
Goran holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc.) from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, Skopje, Macedonia
