Upload your UiPath job history per environment and the licences you own in each. You get two levels: a total summary across environments, then a deep dive into the processes holding the peak in any one of them. Orchestrator reports licences allocated — this reports peak concurrent jobs, which is the real requirement.
One or more Excel extracts per environment. Each needs a sheet (default Raw Data) with the columns JobName, RobotUser, HostName, StartDate, EndDate.
