Each workbook needs a sheet (default Raw Data, RawData also works) with these columns. Names are matched case- and space-insensitively.

| JobName | Name of the automated process that ran. Used to group and colour the runtime view. |
| RobotUser | Windows account the job executed under. Combined with HostName to identify the licence-consuming slot. |
| HostName | Machine the job executed on. |
| StartDate | Timestamp the job started. |
| EndDate | Timestamp the job finished. May be blank if the job was still running when the extract was taken — treated as running to the end of the extract window. |
