Introduction

Our CEO, Theo Bergqvist, has always been passionate about building. He launched his first venture back in 1999 in the gaming industry with Paradox — today a Nasdaq-listed company. Since then, technology has been the common thread across all his ventures. Outside of work, Theo dedicates much of his time to Japanese martial arts, training almost daily and traveling regularly to Japan with his Sensei.

Earlier in his career at Ericsson, Theo saw just how difficult it was for enterprises to adopt AI and automation. That insight planted the seed for Turbotic — making automation and AI accessible to everyone.
